Appointments must be made at least two working days in advance.
Appointment is not confirmed until a confirmation message or call from APIoHA has been received and registration has been done.
Bring your Hong Kong Identification Card or passport for registration.
Wear light and comfortable clothing for the screening, shoe removal may be required for specific assessments.
Do not wear contact lenses during the retinal imaging screening. If you need to wear contact lens for any specific purpose, please bring along your own contact lens kit to remove and put on your lens before and after the test.
If you have a history of seizures, retinal imaging screening cannot be performed.
Other treatment/investigation costs are not included in this service.
This service is non-refundable and non-transferable.
This service is only available for rescheduling once within 30 days from the date of purchase.
If you are unable to attend due to medical conditions, please provide a medical certificate.
Service(s) must be booked and used within 90 days from the date of purchase.
This service is not applicable for the use of Health Care Vouchers.
